Dynamic Dance Registration Information

Studio Information

A Brief History Of Dynamic Dance

Dynamic Dance was opened in 1995 by Patricia and Trevor Parkes, with one studio and 65 students. Since then, with hard work, dedicated teachers, and students, the studio has expanded rapidly. Now we are a tight-knit family, and take pride in the accomplishments of our students. We at Dynamic Dance look forward to many more years of providing a safe and happy learning environment.

Studio Philosophy

Respect for your teacher and fellow students is a very important aspect in belonging to a dance studio. We're all in this together! If we all work hard, together we can achieve amazing things.

Discipline is an integral part of dance. To promote this we insist all students should attend class prepared and dressed appropriately. All students should have their hair dressed in a neat bun ( except for hip hop).

Mission Statement

At Dynamic Dance, we believe that each student is entitled to receive the best instruction possible in whatever medium they choose. Our goal is to provide a studio where both students and family members can feel comfortable, and where staff are accessible if there are any concerns.

Studio Facilities

At Dynamic Dance, we have a waiting room where parents can come and sit while their children dance in one of our 2 large studios. Each of our studios is equipped with a sprung marley floor, and all have large windows for natural light. We have two bathrooms and many change areas throughout.

Our office is open 3:30pm - 7:00pm or you may contact us at anytime by email if you have any questions or concerns.

Solos/Duos/ Trios

Private lessons are available for solos/duos/ trios. This is by invitation from individual teachers. If a student is chosen, they must practice their routine regularly. This is a good way to instill responsibility and self discipline. Ask in the office for available studio time. Private lesson fees must be paid before class. Contract forms are available in the office.

Special Note:

Competitive classes are for serious students only and when registering you must be aware there will be extra costs (competition entries, etc.) You should also be aware that entering competitions might necessitate missing school.
